Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to read this. Please if you can help me in any way I would appreciate it. Mozilla Firefox is a free, fast and efficient cross-platform web browser and one of the most popular browsers in use.
Quit Chrome Exit Chrome if you have it running. Firefox has this clear cut download button in the toolbar that you can click to reveal all the downloads right there.
#FIREFOX DOWNLOAD CHROME INSTALL#
Download and install Firefox from Mozilla's download page. Then you’re left to search for the Downloads tab or dig down deep in the menus to find the downloads option.
But when I hit install, it will say "downloading firefox" for 20-30 minutes, and then proceed to tell me that the download was interrupted. (Optional) If you have Google Chrome open tabs you want to save, bookmark them all in an easy-to-find location, such as in a new 'Open Tabs' folder in the Bookmarks bar.
When I try to download it from IE it will get to a certain point and tell me that the download has been interrupted and to tap OK to resume, but when it resumes, it starts right at the beginning again.Īt first when I tried to download from Chrome (when I tried to download anything from Chrome, this is one of the many reasons why I want to switch) it would begin to download the file and then flash "download stopped, network failure." So I did a little research in the google help page, and they suggested that I clear my cookies and so I did, and now it will allow me to download the file, open it, click RUN, and even go to the install page. I have been trying to download Firefox for a few days now, going back and forth from Chrome and IE.
